Flower Delivery in Oshima

A flower order for Oshima can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Buddy's Bell are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Sending Flowers to Hotels in Oshima

Check that Hale 海 can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Palm Beach, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Oshima

For a delivery to a teacher at Oshima High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Tsubaki Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Daini Junior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Flower Delivery in Oshima — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Oshima

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Shiraiwa, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

When the recipient is at Oshima Medical Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Motomachi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Nantokan, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
