You do not need to be in Higashimuro to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Goido 6-chome.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Fukunoya Ryokan, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with Isokane Ryokan before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending flowers to NPOYSCB, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Masuga Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Taimadera, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at 柿本神社 (Kakinomoto Shrine), ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ishi-jinja, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Business Hotel Takasagoya, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When entering an address in Higashinaka 2-chome, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gyoza no Ohsho, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
