You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tokorozawa. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Godo Kahi (Joint Poetry Monument) in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Tokorozawa is 12:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Matsuba-chō, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Tokorozawa Daiichi Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. If you are sending flowers to someone at Tokorozawa Mihara General Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A delivery for Mihara Junior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Tokorozawa Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Tokorozawa Kita High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Musashino Reiwa Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Tokorozawa Shimmei Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Hondo (Sayama-fudoji Temple), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Sunroute, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Hospital, National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
When ordering for a recipient at Tokorozawa Car Inspection Office, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a tribute intended for Samaya Lake Animal Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Karayoshi, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Toyoko Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If the recipient is staying at EJ Anime Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
