For a recipient in Wako, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Planning a same-day delivery in Wako? The ordering deadline is 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Toyoko Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Wako High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Yamato Junior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Jifukuji Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Shingoji Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Seiryuji Fudoin Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Super Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A flower order for a recipient at Saitama National Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before placing a workplace order for General Training Facility for Court Marshalls, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gusto, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
