For a recipient in Nacala, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Fernão Veloso, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Indico Apart Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Indico Apart Hotel 2, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Primária 4 Congresso? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Secundária da Cidade Alta, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Evangelical AOG Muzuane, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Evangelical fellowship of Christ, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja catolica Nossa Senhora da boa Viagem, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Pacific, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Old Hospital Downtown, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For someone working at Autoridade Tributária de Moçambique, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the destination is in Maiaia, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Dueros Sabores, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
