You can order flowers for Haast online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Heartland Hotel Haast, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The street address listed for Heartland Hotel Haast is Haast Jackson Bay Road 26; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Hard Antler Bar and Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
