You can order flowers for Twizel online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Mackenzie Health Centre, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. When the recipient is at Twizel Medical Centre, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The listed address for Mackenzie Health Centre is Benmore Place 3A; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending to MacKenzie Country Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A flower order for someone staying at Pukaki Air Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The listed address for MacKenzie Country Hotel is Wairepo Road 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Twizel Area School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a tribute intended for Twizel Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Fishtail Restaurant & Bar, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
