Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to Flekkefjord from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Alf Skaara in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Arne Jostein Ingebrethsen is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Flekkefjord is 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in Lunden, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check that Maritim Fjordhotell can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a delivery to a teacher at Flekkefjord videregående skole, Flekkefjord, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Gyland skole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Hidra skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Bakke kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Flekkefjord kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Gyland kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Grand hotell Flekkefjord, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to a workplace such as Flekkefjord rådhus, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Osen, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Promenade, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
