What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Sirdal Høyfjellshotell, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

If the destination is in Tonstadli, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Tonstad Take Away needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
