You do not need to be in Pohang to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Pohang. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Cheongnim-dong.
Sending flowers to someone at Pohang Idong Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Songrim Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Pohang Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Changseong Presbyterian Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Daejam Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hyoja Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Commodore Hotel Pohang, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
An order addressed to Pohang Employment Welfare Plus Center should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the destination is in Deoksan-dong, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Outback Steakhouse, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
