For a recipient in Al-Barsha 3, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Golden Horses in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Majlis building is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Al Barsha, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Jumeirah Al Naseem, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Millennium Place Barsha Heights, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for Al Arqam Private School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Foremarke, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Nord Anglia International School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Hussain Ali Yateem Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Mariam Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Address flowers for someone at OnTime with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Umm Al Sheif, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Wienerwald, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
