You do not need to be in Al-Jadaf to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Dubai Design District, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for a recipient at DHA central service complex needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For a patient at Emirates Speciality Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
If the recipient is staying at Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to InterContinental Dubai Festival City? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Novotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For delivery details relating to Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, its listed address is Airport Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at New Indian Model School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dubai International School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to The Indian High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Doctor Sulaiman Al Habib, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
An order for a staff member at Federal Authority for Government Human Resources should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Address details for Al Garhoud should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Almarkeb Seafood Restaurant & Cafe, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a service at St Marys Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
