You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Al madam. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Al Qasimia City Industrial 4, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a service at Al Fayah Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Al Faya Lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Al Fareed Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
