For a recipient in Al Raffa, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Al Raffa, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Use the hospital’s full address for Aster Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. For a recipient at International Modern Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The street address listed for Aster Hospital is Kuwait Street; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Before ordering for a guest at Seaview Hotel, Dubai, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a service at Sultan Hassan Belshalat Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Aloft Al Mina, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hot N Spicy, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at New academy school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
