Send flowers to Al Mankhool from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the destination is in Al Mankhool, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending to Majestic City Retreat? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Tulip apartment, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Ambassador Kindergarten, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Ambassador school (manhol), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Musallah Al Eid, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Prayer Room, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Nando's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
