You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Zabeel from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For someone in Dubai Design District, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at The Ritz-Carlton, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at One&Only One Za'abeel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When a funeral service is held at Burj Daman Masjid, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Zabeel Masjid are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a recipient at Al Kifaf center, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Downtown Dubai, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Acai & Co., check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
