Send your flower order for Al-Warqaa 5 online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Wadi Al Amardi, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Premier Inn Dragon Mart, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at alhome should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a delivery to a teacher at GEMS Our Own English High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Uptown School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to School of Research Science, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Jamigha al warqaa al kabir mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Aisha, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Nafa' belshalat Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Dubai Police Vehicle Impound Yard, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a table booked at Pure Punjabi Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
