You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Jabal Ali 2 online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When entering an address in Dubai Marina, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Intercontinental Tower, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For a guest at Sheraton The Walk, Dubai, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Delhi Private School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Dubai British School Emirates Hills - Islands Campus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Arbor School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Al Rahim Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at St Francis of Assisi Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Grosvenor House Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Check with the ward at Emirates Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before placing a workplace order for DEWA office, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
An address in Emirates Hills should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a table booked at Al kabab al afghani restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending to a patient at Aster Medical calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
