A flower order for Masafi can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
A delivery for Masafi Boys' School for Basic & Secondary Education is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Aden Mandi Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
