Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Nachikatsuura, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Same-day orders for Nachikatsuura close at 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Ichinono, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a guest at Nakanoshima Ryokan, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check that Hotel Urashima can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the service takes place at Seiganto-ji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Fudarakusan-ji are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hiro Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Katsuura Kanuko Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Address details for Kumasegawa should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Nachi Neboke-do, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
