Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ras Al Khor. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Dubai Design District, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Sending to a patient at Emirates Speciality Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. When the recipient is at DHCC Bldg 24, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before sending flowers to New Indian Model School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Gems Legacy Schoo Secondary Campus is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Hartland International School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Al Majeed Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Al Samari Masjid, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Postalplus are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at InterContinental Dubai Festival City, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a patient at Doctor Sulaiman Al Habib, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Umm Ramool.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gothai Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check with Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If the recipient is staying at DAMAC Paramount Hotel & Residences, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
