Order before 15:00 and your flowers can be delivered the same day, arranged by a florist working in the recipient's own town, Monday to Saturday. You are in one country and they are in Haiti, which is exactly why the flowers matter: the distance that stops you turning up in person is the thing a delivery closes, on the date you name. Checkout is in your own currency, paid securely online, and placing the order itself takes only a few minutes.
Browse over 200 gifts — over 100 of them flower arrangements, plus plants, chocolates, gift baskets and cakes — and pick the day you want it to land.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
An order placed after the cutoff moves to the next available date, and you choose that date yourself at checkout, which is the safest way to handle a birthday or an anniversary you have known about for weeks. Bouquets follow the freshest stems of the day, so a flower that has not come in is replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style. And if the recipient is not at home when the florist arrives, they will typically call them or arrange a redelivery rather than leaving the flowers with whoever answers next door.
Addresses in Haiti run to a four-digit code prefixed HT — for example, HT6120 — though it is rarely used, and deliveries commonly rely on a PO box (Boîte Postale) or a description built from landmarks. Write it the way the recipient would give it to a driver, and include their local phone number: florists use it to confirm availability and the exact address, and on a landmark address it is what turns a description into a doorstep. Apartment deliveries often need a door code — add it at checkout, where it takes one line. Someone mid-journey is different: at an airport, a railway station or a cruise terminal they are almost impossible to reach, so send to their hotel, office or home address, timed for after they arrive.
Gladiolus, anthurium, heliconia, ginger lily and bird of paradise appear to be grown in the country itself, mostly in the cool highlands at Kenscoff, Furcy, Godet and Séguin, where the altitude allows growing almost year round. Output dips in the heaviest rainy months, April to June and August to November, and the dry season leans more on imported flowers, roses above all; the trade concentrates at the Kenscoff flower market. Arrangements tend to be bright and densely packed, built on bold colour contrasts with palm fronds, croton leaves and banana leaf, hand-tied and wrapped in cellophane or paper cones. Funerals are the other pole: large wreaths and standing arrangements around the casket are a major part of the tradition, usually in white gladiolus and lilies.
Mother's Day, on the last Sunday of May, is the single biggest flower-buying occasion of the year, with families sending bouquets and living plants both. It and Valentine's Day on February 14 are the exception to the usual schedule — florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Order at least 48 hours ahead for either. Red or pink flowers are the usual choice for a romantic occasion, while flowers and plants make a nicety of a housewarming, a graduation or a baptism. On November 1 and 2, the Day of the Dead (Fèt Gede) brings flowers and offerings to cemeteries and family altars.
Most orders here are placed from somewhere else, and ordering from another country takes a few minutes online; a local florist handles the delivery from there. Every order includes a free card message, printed exactly as you write it — the sentence you would have said at the door, travelling with the flowers instead of after them. Wreaths and formal funeral pieces are the one order that needs planning: allow 24–48 hours' notice.
