Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
We deliver Monday to Saturday, and the date you set at checkout is the one the florist works towards; Sundays sit outside the delivery week, so an order placed for a Sunday moves to the next day you pick. If a particular flower is not in that morning, the florist swaps it for one of equal or greater value that keeps the same look, so what arrives matches the shape and feel of what you chose on screen.
Addresses here generally run on a six-digit postcode — 720001 for Bishkek — and it belongs on the order alongside the street and number. Add the recipient's local phone number as well: florists use it to confirm availability and to pin down the exact address before they set out. If the flowers are going to an apartment, the door code is often what gets the delivery past the entrance, so type it in at checkout rather than leaving the courier to work it out on the step.
Over 200 gifts sit behind one checkout: flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Over 20 of those are potted plants, for a recipient who would prefer something that keeps growing. Eucalyptus, fern and gypsophila are the greenery you will usually see worked through a hand-tied bunch. Local greenhouse and open-field flowers, grown mainly around Bishkek and the Chuy Valley, tend to be at their most plentiful from spring through early autumn; through the colder months supply leans more on imports routed via Kazakhstan and Russia. Order in season and the local stems are the ones on the bench.
Bouquets here tend to be densely packed and rounded, hand-tied and wrapped closely in cellophane or paper with ribbon, a Russian-influenced look, and cut stems usually leave the shop without a vase. Count carries meaning: odd numbers for birthdays and celebrations, even numbers kept for funerals and mourning, and yellow flowers sometimes left out of a gift for their association with parting. Wholesale trade centres on Dordoi Bazaar in Bishkek. When you are saying goodbye from a distance, flowers can stand in for you at the service — white chrysanthemums and carnations are the customary choice, in an even count, and wreaths and formal funeral pieces need 24–48 hours' notice.
March 8 brings the year's biggest wave of flower-giving: International Women's Day, when women are given flowers widely at home and at work. Nooruz follows on March 21, the spring new year, associated with fresh blooms and renewal. On May 9, Victory Day, carnations are laid at war memorials, and at the Last Bell — the last school day in May, which shifts from year to year — students bring flowers to their teachers. New Year on January 1 sets flowers alongside the gifts at family gatherings. Valentine's Day on February 14 and Mother's Day are the exception to the usual week: florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Order at least 48 hours ahead.
Someone mid-journey — at an airport, a railway station, a cruise terminal — is almost impossible to reach with a delivery. Send to their hotel, office or home address instead, timed for after they have arrived and unpacked. If nobody is in when the florist calls, they will usually ring the recipient or arrange a redelivery, so an order that travels with a working number and a full address rarely comes back to us.
Yes — order before 15:00 local time and your flowers can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next available day you choose at checkout.
You can request a preferred time slot, but exact times cannot be guaranteed — deliveries follow the local florist's routes and workload for the day. The delivery date you select at checkout is honoured.
Acceptance depends on the hospital and ward, so check before ordering; otherwise delivery goes to reception. Use the hospital's own city and full address, with the patient's full name and, where possible, the ward or room.
