For a recipient in Jebel ali, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Address details for Dubai Marina should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Aster Medical, and address the order to the hospital itself. The location listed for Aster Medical is 1 A Street; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Delhi Private School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Dubai British School Emirates Hills - Islands Campus? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Arbor School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Al Rahim Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St Francis of Assisi Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Premier Inn, Dubai Investments Park, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For flowers addressed to someone at DEWA office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Emirates Hills, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ghar Ka Tiffin, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
