Arrange a flower delivery in Al Rigga online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Al Rigga, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check that Al Jawhara Metro Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Carlton Tower Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Le Wana Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address for Al Jawhara Metro Hotel is given as 2b Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Danial Star Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
