Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Asahikawa online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Kamuikotan Stone is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the destination is in Asahioka, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check with the ward at Asahikawa kosei Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Numasaki Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Sending flowers to someone at Asahikawa Shiho High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Asahikawa Tosei High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Hokkaido Asahikawa Minami High school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Hokkaido Gokoku Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Asahikawa shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kamikawa Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Art Hotel Asahikawa, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Asahikawa Red Cross Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
If the recipient works at Asahikawa Driver’s License Examination Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Higashi Asahikawacho Kyoei.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ramen-ya Tenkin, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Court Hotel Asahikawa, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Wing International Asahikawa Ekimae, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
