Sending Flowers to Schools in Mombetsu

When several people are giving the flowers together at Hokkaido Monbetsu High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at upper secondary special needs school, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Flower Delivery in Mombetsu — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Mombetsu

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Monbetsu Prince, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Monbetsu City Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

How should I include the locality in the address?

In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Kamimobetsu.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
