Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Nakashibetsu. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Nakashibetsu is 12:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Check that Hotel Marue Onsen Tawarabashi kan can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If the recipient is staying at Hotel Marue Spa, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Hokkaido Nakashibetsu Agricultural High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Hokkaido Nakashibetsu Special Education School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Nakashibetsu Kenebetsu Elementery and Junior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Nakashibetsu Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Kamimusa Christ’s Orthodox Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Kutekun, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When ordering for a recipient at Nakashibetsu Town Hall, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Arajin needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
