Send flowers to someone in Fukagawa without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Hirosatocho 2-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Fukagawahigashi High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Fukagawanishi High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Fukagawa Ichiyan Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Fukagawa City Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Inahocho 2-chome.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
