Flower Delivery in Kitami

Arrange a flower delivery in Kitami online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

More About Flower Delivery in Kitami

How to Order Flowers for Kitami

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Hikarino.

Sending Flowers to Hotels in Kitami

For a guest at Lake Saroma Tsuruga Resort, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Toyoko Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Kitami

Before sending flowers to Hokkaido Kitami Hokuto High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Hokkaido Kitami Ryokuryo High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Kitami Kita Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Kitami

Flowers for a service at Cathoric Kitami Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Tokoro Shurine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kitami Nenpoji Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at APA Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

Check whether Hokkaido Regional Forest Office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When the destination is in Midori-machi, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
