More About Flower Delivery in Abashiri

How to Order Flowers for Abashiri

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Futamigaoka, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Sending Flowers to Hotels in Abashiri

For flowers addressed to a guest at Toyoko Inn Abashiri Ekimae, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of abashirikosou, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Abashiri

Sending flowers to someone at Abashiri Hakuchodai Elementery School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Hokkaido Abasirhi Special Education School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Abashiri Daigo Junior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Abashiri

For a service at Catholic Abashiri Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Abashiri Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Abashiri Saint Petero Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Abashiri

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Dormy Inn Abashiri, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

For a thank-you addressed to staff at Abashiri Kosei general Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Hokkaido Okhotsk General Subprefectural Bereau accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Heiwa, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at YAKINIKU Abashiri Beer Museum, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
