For a recipient in Muroran, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Shanシャン共和国建碑 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Muroran is 12:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Bokoi-Kitamachi 3-chome, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for APA Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at ホテル ルートインGrand should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Chikyumisaki Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Muroran Sakae High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Muroran Shimizugaoka High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Rissho Kosei Kai, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Daiko-ji temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Dormy inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For flowers addressed to someone at Muroran City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Bokoi-Minamimachi 3-chome, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bikkuri Donkey, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
