You can send flowers to someone in Rumoi even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Rumoi by the local cutoff of 12:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Address details for Heiwadai 1-chome should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel New White House, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For delivery details relating to Hotel New White House, its listed address is 留萌市明元町6-36-1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Hokkaido Rumoi Subprefectural Bereau, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the destination is in Honcho 4-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kaiei Ramen, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
