Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Noboribetsu is 12:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Chuocho 5-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check with Noboribetsu Sekisuitei before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to Hotel Yumoto Noboribetsu? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Horobetsu Junior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Noboribetsu Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Noboribetsu Junior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Goblin Cat Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Yuzawa Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Dai-ichi Takimotokan, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check with the ward at Sanai Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
When ordering for a recipient at Noboribetsu City Hall, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Where the delivery address includes Fujicho 5-chome, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gyū-Kaku, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
