You do not need to be in Tomakomai to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Tomakomai by the local cutoff of 12:00. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. An address in Hamacho 2-chome should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Grand Hotel New Oji, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Toyoko Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Tomakomai Minami High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Akeno Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Hokkaido Prefectural Tomakomai Technical Training School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Dormy Inn Tomakomai, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Tomakomai Sumikawa Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Tomakomai City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Hanazonocho 1-chome, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A tribute addressed to Takaoka Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Coco's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
