A flower order for Al-Wasl can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Al Wasl, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Leva Hotel and Suites, Opposite Downtown, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If the recipient is staying at Rove City Walk, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Horizon English School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Al Raya Girl's School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Al Safa High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Al Qasimi Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Al Safa Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at City walk 2 mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Villa Rotana, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to a workplace such as Albayan newspaper, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at L’eto, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
