Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Al jafiliya. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Al Jaffiliya.
If the recipient is staying at Chelsea Plaza, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Rove Trade Center before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending to a patient at DHA central service complex calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at DNRD, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a table booked at Pars Iranian Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
