Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Umm Hurair 2 online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Heritage House is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Al Ahmadiya School are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Al Hamriya, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending to Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to ibis Styles Dubai Jumeira, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check that Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For delivery details relating to Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton, its listed address is Al Seef St; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for New Indian Model School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Dubai International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Indian High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Dubai Grand Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at St Marys Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Al Zarooni Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Doctor Sulaiman Al Habib, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before placing a workplace order for Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When the destination is in Al Kheeran, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Ghantoot Star needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a patient at Medeor 24x7 Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
A flower order for a recipient at DHA central service complex needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
