Same Day Delivery
A florist in Lake Hayes handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Arrowtown and Districts War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Miners monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Quail Rise, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Shades of arrowtown, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Speargrass Rise Bed and Breakfast, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Arrowtown School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at St John's Presbyterian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at St. Patrick's Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Lodge at the Hills should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Where the delivery address includes Shotover Country, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Slow Cuts, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
